The beer was light and yellow and had a fairly thin head on it. There was a pronounced cream aroma to it, with not much else noticeable in the nose.
It had a very light body, and the mouthfeel was light and crisp. It was very light, with almost no flavor up front, however, there was a big cream flavor in the finish and aftertaste. The cream flavor was almost artificial and a bit heavy for me.
If I had to pair this with a food, I think it may be good with some roasted chicken – as both are light and the cream might complement the buttery chicken flavor.
Overall, I thought it had the potential to be a nice, light refreshing summer beer, but instead, I think the cream flavoring is a bit overdone.
