The color was a golden yellow, and it had a bright white head with soapy like bubbles. There was a nice piney and earthy hop aroma which was noticeable, but no where near as big as I thought it would be from a beer named “The Vaporizer.”
It had a surprisingly light body, but that made it crisp and very drinkable. Due to how light it was, I didn’t notice much malt, but the hop flavor wasn’t big – at least not what I was expecting from the name. The piney hop flavors were fairly light, matching the body of the beer.
I think this would probably go well with almost any food because it was so light, and the hop flavors weren’t too big. I’d probably suggest something like seasoned, baked chicken. Overall, it was a very light, refreshing beer that was very drinkable on this hot summer day. With a name like “The Vaporizer” I was expecting something more intimidating, but I thought it was more like a lawnmower (a little high in alcohol for that) or summer beer.
